All donations made to Karma Foundation are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Donations made to Karma Foundation may be eligible for tax exemption under applicable laws. Donors are encouraged to retain their receipts for claiming tax benefits.

3. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

In the rare event of an incorrect charge, duplicate donation, or technical error during the transaction process, please contact us immediately. Our team will carefully review the issue and take corrective measures if it qualifies as a genuine error. However, this does not include voluntary donations.

4. Disputes

If you suspect unauthorized use of your credit/debit card or payment method, please notify your bank or payment provider immediately to resolve the issue.
